Featuring an array of sea life found in the Laguna Bluebelt the mural was painted by hand in three weeks just before the opening of the 2021 Sawdust Art Festival. It was chosen by popular vote of the festival's membership and approved by the Laguna Beach Arts Commission. It can be seen at 935 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
